MDSA Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to a $30 minimum administrative fee
  • Refund amount is based on the applicable costs incurred at the time of withdrawal from the league (i.e uniform cost, practice/games, banking/payment processing fees, etc,...)
  • No refunds will be issued after the third game 
  • No refunds will be issued if found in violation of the MDSA code of conduct
